Coupling Sets You Can Rely On
Designed for connecting two rotating shafts, couplings are suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including power transmission to industrial equipment such as pumps, log splitters, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, mixers, and conveyors. These are the same couplings we use to direct-mount the engine shaft to the pump shaft on our RuggedSplit log splitters.
When ordering a complete set, use the chart below to match the shaft diameter to the coupling bore size.
To complete the coupling set, an oil-resistant synthetic rubber spider is inserted between the two coupling halves to provide an equalized cushioned drive. If provided, a keyway slot on the coupling helps to align the coupling to the shaft. Keys are not included. When mounting, do not pound on the coupling.
